Dr. Julio Volcy Dr. Julio Volcy was born in Haiti. He has an inspiring, unique story to share with others in that he endowed with many exceptional divine gifts. He is an international motivational speaker, a practical Bible teacher, an authority in the area of leadership, and also a business consultant. Although he was raised in a broken home, he did not allow those circumstances to shatter his dreams.

Dr. Volcy received a calling from God early in his life based on Mark 9:23 "Everything is possible to him who believes." These words became the foundation on which he began his ministry and stirred in his heart a strong belief that he would be able to empower other people and shape their future. Faithful to God’s voice, while still young, he immediately commenced to evangelize his community by helping North American missionaries and leading short-term teams in his native country of Haiti. In 1999, he migrated to the United States as a student to further his education.

Dr. Volcy is the Lead Pastor of Hope Community Church in Bradenton, Florida and also the founder of Hope Outreach International, a non-profit organization serving the Haitian diaspora as well as in Haiti. He is the Executive Director of Haiti Teen Challenge, a residential program tailored for male youths focusing on discipleship, leadership, and vocational training. He has held leadership seminars for several Haitian Christian organizations. He is currently serving on numerous boards for national and international organizations such as: Guardian Angels, Hope Outreach International and Haiti Share. He describes his work as a ministry that is helping people from all walks of life to reach their maximum potential. His ministry has been changing lives around the globe through preaching, teaching, leadership and ministry training. He is a contributing writer for “Hope for a Better Life,” a quarterly publication of Hope Outreach International.

He earned a bachelor degree in Biblical Studies from Beacon University, in Atlanta, Georgia, two masters degree in Theology and Divinity, and a doctorate degree of Ministry from Christian Life School of Theology in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Volcy also received numerous hours of training in the area of leadership, world mission, church planting and non-profit administration.

He is married to Suzette. They are the proud parents of three beautiful children: Julionn, Jyathniel, and Joy, whom currently reside in Florida.
