What We Do

Whether in the United States or in Haiti, Hope Outreach International believes good leadership training is essential for the future of Haitians, and their communities. Among the leadership seminars, Dr. Julio Volcy has provided for Haitian leaders during the past five years. In 2008, Hope Outreach International established a new leadership institutes program with a vision to help “Transform Haiti by equipping the Youth to become Next Generation Leaders in their communities and country; through discipleship and leadership skills training”. Dr. and Mrs. Volcy are passionate about God’s people performing at full capacity and potentials. Many seminars and conferences are provided each year. Many positive testimonies came from church leaders, business leaders, educators and community leaders.

The Volcys understand much is given to them and feel God has entrusted them with a great work; to help next generation leaders develop their talents... and lead with Godly example. Both Dr. and Mrs. Volcy have witnessed first hand how lack of leadership affected the churches, organizations, families and the country of Haiti for over 200 years. This is why they feel strongly to help raise an army of next Haitian generation Godly leaders to help bridge the gap.
