Dr. Lesly Jules is the Founder of Centre Spésialisé de Leadership (www.cslpro.org). He holds a Master's Degree in Business and a PhD in Leadership. Dr. Jules has written books on church administration, business and mentoring. He resides with his family in Petion-Ville, Haiti.​

Mr. Leonard Olsen has been in the banking industry for more than forty-five years and currently serves as the Senior Vice President at American National Bank (www.anbank.com) in Nebraska. He has been a member of Trinity Interdenominational Church for over twenty-five years. He resides in Omaha, Nebraska, with his wife, Gail; they are the proud parents of three children and nine grandchildren.

Dr. Betty Harmsen is the Founder and President of Haiti Share (www.haitishare.org). She holds a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, and currently serves as a professor of Mathematics. Dr. Harmsen and her husband reside in Austin, Texas.

Mark Alt has served as the Lead Pastor at the Bridge Church (www.bridgechurchfl.com) in Florida since 2002. The Bridge is an interdenominational church with a mission "to love people right where they are and to lead them into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ." He resides in Bradenton, Florida.​



Ron Smedley is the Lead Pastor of the Community Bible Fellowship of Dike (www.cbfdike.com). He has been in ministry for more than thirty years and comes to HOI with a rich background in community development. Passionate about sharing the Gospel at home and abroad, he has been to Haiti on several occasions. He resides in Winnsboro, Texas, with his wife, Kathy; they are the parents of four grown children.
