Nerlande Coicou has been serving as the Field Coordinator for HOI since 2015. Born and raised in Léogâne, Haiti, Nerlande was educated at Saint-Louis de Bourdon and Collège Evangélique Maranatha. As the Field Coordinator, Nerlande is responsible for representing HOI within the community of Lamothe and is the main point of contact for implementing programs within the HOI Academy and the Medical Clinic. She also serves as one of the main organizers of the annual Vacation Bible School program. She holds a Degree in Engineering from Faculté des Sciences Appliquées. Nerlande resides in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, with her husband and two children.
